Because all courses are customized, we have a very strict refund policy:
We would prefer courses reschedule rather than cancel, and as such, rescheduling for a virtual class incurs no expense. Canceling any class without 72 hours notice incurs an expense of 25%. Canceling a class after payment but with more than 72 hours notice incurs an expense of 3%. There are no refunds for canceling a course once it has begun.
