Refunds/Cancellations
Because all courses are customized, we have a very strict refund policy:
We would prefer courses reschedule rather than cancel, and as such, rescheduling for a virtual class incurs no expense. Canceling any class without 72 hours notice incurs an expense of 25%. Canceling a class after payment but with more than 72 hours notice incurs an expense of 3%.
Delivery
All courses are fully customized and will be delivered on the dates agreed upon between LPG Cyber Communications, LLC, and the purchaser. We would prefer 72 hours notice if a course needs to be rescheduled. Due to Covid-19, all courses are being delivered remotely, Live Online, via an online delivery system agreed upon during course customization.
